Refund and Cancellation

Libra Travels has a very customer friendly Outlook on Refunds and Cancellation of our Services and All cancellations before 4 hours of availing of our Services the entire amount is Refunded save a nominal convenience charge.

However for last minute cancellations we would deduct from Refunds any payments required to be made to third party Services plus the convenience fee.
