  1. All tariffs include the cost of chauffeur and fuel.
  2. Rates for outstation trip: a minimum billing of 300 Kms. Per day for Dzire category upto Crysta. For every extra km. beyond 300 Kms. Per Oustation km rate mentioned above will be charged
  3. No show would be charged at minimum slab.
    • Cancellation of a booking: Libra Reservation Desk must be informed in advance at least 4 hrs prior to the reporting time.
    • In case of a No Show (In the unlikely event the car leaving garage and subsequently the booking is cancelled or the services are not availed), the customer will be billed for the rates applicable as mentioned as per 4hrs/40kms Package, except for Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Greater Noida and non metro cities. Airport pick up minimum 8 hours 80 kilometres will be charged for NO SHOW. (The guest or booking coordinator has to coordinate with Libra’s Reservation Desk, in case the chauffeur is not located at the reporting address. If the guest cannot locate the chauffeur and the guest makes an alternative transport arrangement without first contacting our reservation desk, the duty will be considered as a “No show” and will be charged based on the above mentioned tariff).
  4. “Libra” will not be held responsible for the loss of any material kept in the vehicle by the passenger.
  5. Conveyance of Rs. 250/- will be charged as an allowance to chauffeurs for the local duties performed beyond 22.00 hrs & before 06.00 hrs respectively.
  6. Limited Liability: “Libra” cannot be held liable for any loss that the “CLIENT” may have suffered due to any reason beyond the control of “Libra”. In any event, “Libra’s” liability shall not exceed the value of that trip and nothing more than that and cannot be held liable for any loss resulting therefrom to the “CLIENT”.
  7. The tariffs are subject to change if there is any change in fuel prices/Minimum Wage that affect transport / car rental business. Based on the existing wage structure and the revised wage structure, the tariff may be revised mutually.
  8. The tariffs above are based on the current price of Petrol & Diesel as on 1st June 2022

  10. Persons responsible to release payments on behalf of the “CLIENT” are : o _______________ (Name): ______________ (Designation)
  11. In case any entity of the “CLIENT” refuses to pay Libra in lieu of its services rendered to the users from the “CLIENT” entity, the “CLIENT” shall be responsible to ensure payment of such dues since the agreement to service those entities will be done at the instance of the “CLIENT”.
  12. All incidental expenses like parking, toll fee, entry fee, interstate taxes etc. will be levied over the tariff as per actual.
  13. GST will be levied at the applicable rate.
  14. Usage in terms of Kms. & Hrs. will be billed from garage to garage.
  15. Billing Cycle: Bills will be submitted once in a fortnight. Bills dated from the 1st to 15th will be submitted by the 20th of the same month. Bills dated from the 16th to 30th / 31st will be submitted by 10th of the next month. Any dispute in bills raised and submitted should be brought to the notice of “Libra” within 5 working days of submission in writing. Else the bills will be treated as clear bills for payment. Payment is to be made within 15 days of submission of bills.
  16. Overdue outstanding will attract interest @ 24% per annum.
  17. In case of bookings from Clients specifying collection directly from the user, “Libra” will endeavor to do so, however in case of failure to do so the payment liability will rest with the “CLIENT”.
  18. Either party can terminate the agreement by giving 30 days’ notice, however, in case of non-payment of dues as per the credit period mentioned in clause 16 above, will entitle “Libra” to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
  19. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of this Agreement.
  20. All guests are covered under comprehensive insurance in case of any accident or damage.
  21. The car shall be used for carrying passengers only and shall not be put into any other commercial use or for transportation of any material. However, passengers can carry their bag and baggage in the boot or on the carrier of the car and also some personal belongings inside the car but shall be solely responsible for the contents inside the bag and baggage or in their personal belongings and “Libra” or any of “Libra’s” drivers shall not be held responsible for any content in that bag and baggage if found to be carried illegally under the law.
  22. All notices required to be submitted under this Agreement, and all correspondence under this Agreement, shall be deemed to have been received if delivered to the above mentioned addresses personally or by registered post, and to the following designated persons.
  23. . In case of cars requested that are not included in the above specified rate list, then the rates charged will be the rates as mutually agreed (in writing) for that transaction(s).
